Window Cleaning in liverpool

Regular and Reliable service...

We offer not just a glass cleaning but the frames, sills and doors are also thoroughly washed all the way around every single time. Such an approach greatly improves the appearance of the property. The frames and doors become shiny and glossy again once the dirt and dust brushed off. And of course the glass is sparkling.

Our regular window cleaning round is monthly or bi-monthly. We also offer scheduled or occasional domestic cleaning, fascia and soffit cleans, gutter clearance, conservatory roof cleans. Anything else can be done on request.

We will send an SMS Text message the evening before the day of cleaning to remind you to unlock your gates and close your windows/vents for the day.

External glass surfaces will usually be washed with pure water from water fed poles. Due to the nature of window cleaning with the water fed pole, we advise you that the best results come after the first two or three cleans. During the first clean, we remove a build-up of dirt that may have accumulated over time. However, although the windows have been well cleaned, small amounts of dirt may continue to trickle down and there may be a few spots afterwards.

Over the next couple of cleans, when done regularly, the window cleaning reaches the best standard.  We therefore recommend allowing two or three cleans to get a full picture of the good results that can be expected.  Tough stains such as bird droppings may take two or three cleans to completely disappear.

If the windows have not been cleaned for more than 2 months we double the price. Over this time dirt and fallout accumulate on the frames and the glass and start to embed. So it requires more time and effort to scrub off.

Yes, unless it is really bad. Windows can be cleaned in all conditions safely and without compromising finish – rain, ice, winds, no problem! Why? Rain water is really clean and the only thing that is really affect is if you are in a highly polluted area or a dusty area and it contaminants the water drops that are landing on the glass. In a normal kind of area, it is not going to be an issue.

Please let us know if there was an issue beforehand so we can rectify the problem before you cancel. If you wish to cancel because of any personal reasons that is no problem at all. Contact us at least 3 days before the next cleaning date to cancel the service.
